Nowadays, as the coronavirus - or to be precise the Covid-19 - spreading around the world and getting exact information and precautions about the disease has become even more important. Apart from us (humans), various business sectors are also being affected by this virus. The tech industry is one of those industries most affected industries that have suffered huge losses and effects due to this virus. Earlier this month, majority of famous tech companies like Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Tesla & Google has announced that they would temporarily shut down a lot of their corporate offices, manufacturing factories, and retail stores across China.

Whereas Facebook warned its employees against nonessential travels to the respective country. Apart from this, several tech experts suggested their customers to expect shortages for various smartphones, VR headsets, cars, and other tech accessories. As many products or at least their spare parts are being manufactured in China.

And due to Coronavirus Tech Giants like Sony, LG, Amazon, Nvidia etc has either partially or fully pulled out their names from Mobile World Congress (MWC) conference. Whereas companies like PlayStation, Oculus, and Facebook Gaming have pulled out of the Game Developers Conference, and Sony also announced it would be skipping Pax East. Also due to Coronavirus, Google is cancelling its biggest I/O developer event of the year.

Hence, by now you must have known how dangerous this virus is or it could be further! And still, until now there is no solid cure about this virus and all can you do is to take some precautions to stay away from this virus.

1. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands as much as required with an alcohol-based hand rub or at least wash them with soap and water.

2. Maintain about 1 metre (3 feet) of the distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth because they can be the easiest way to reach into the body. 

4. Try to cover your mouth and nose with your elbow bent or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately into a dustbin.

5. If you have fever, cough and difficulty in breathing, don't take it lightly immediately take medical care.

6. Must avoid Handshakes. And avoid visiting crowded areas.

7. Use a filtered Air Mask While Travelling.
