Yes, Kesar kulfi can be made at home...

Ingredients:-


1. Milk 2 cup
2. Condensed milk 1cup
3. Corn flour 2 spoons
4. Elaichi powder 2 spoons
5. Chopped almond 2 spoons
6. Chopped cashew 1 spoon
7. Kesar a pinch.




Directions:-

1. Pour milk and boil it in a pan. Now add the condensed milk and mix it.

2. When milk starts boiling again add almond, cashews and 1 spoon elaichi, Now mix it finely.

3. Stir it well. Now, Take a small bowl and put 1 spoon milk, corn flour and 1/2 spoon elaichi powder and mix it.

5. Pour this paste in boiling milk and mix it.

6. Stir it until it becomes thick. Switch off the gas and wait to cooldown this mixture.

7. When this mixture is cooled put this in the moulds and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.

8. Now, it is ready to serve .
